Reflecting on the Past Year: Lessons and Growth

As I sit down to plan for the year ahead, I reflect on this past year and must admit that it has been interesting, to say the least. My family has definitely not been exempt from the peculiarities. Yet with everything thrown at us this year, I have to say that we are sure grateful for what we have.

This year has not gone the way we might have expected, and definitely not how we would’ve planned. But in my attempt to view life with a positive mentality, it has taught me how to better “roll with the punches.”

While I don’t yet have a fully defined plan or schedule for next year, I’ve received some great feedback that will help as I begin to map things out. A big thank you to everyone who participated in the recent surveys – your feedback is invaluable!

Looking ahead, there are a few items I would like to give more attention to, including the YouTube channels. Specifically, I want to focus on the channel dedicated to mental health, where I plan to create content around more topics that resonate with you. Here are a few ideas I’m considering for the channel:

A video podcast (similar in style to the video below)
More on-the-spot videos to emphasize the importance of mindfulness
Serene scenery videos and still images to complement and enhance the content

I would love to hear your thoughts on these ideas! Please feel free to leave a comment below or reach out to me directly at Christopher@topherwood.com. You can also visit the contact page to get in touch that way.
