Mental Health Insights: Updates and Reflections

It’s been quite a while since I put out a new post with a mental health topic. Most of my posts lately (if not all) have been about the woodworking aspect of the business. But this isn’t because I’m opting to neglect the mental health part.

The purpose of starting this website, this business, is to emphasize the importance of nurturing and supporting mental health, while also helping others do the same. This isn’t going to change.

To be fully transparent, we’ve had a lot going on lately, and I will share the details (to the extent I’m okay sharing) on occasion. Much of this is some new information I’ve learned recently about mental health. Now you’re intrigued. 🤔

But one thing I will share right now is the big reason I haven’t posted about mental health lately. The time I have available for this part of the business has been spent working on finishing a fiction book I’ve been writing for several years. At this point, I’m focusing on refining and revising it, and I’ve also been reaching out to literary agents to try and get it published. 🤞🏼

Writing and re-writing this book has taken up much of my time and mental effort. But I hope it will be worth it soon. 🙏🏼

With all this said, I wanted to address the fact that I haven’t posted and sent out anything about mental health recently. But please know, I’m not avoiding this by any means.

Thank you all for sticking with me! I truly appreciate it.
